Warranty

At prowork we believe in making great office furniture products which stands the test of time. We stand behind the quality of our products and strive to provide you with a reliable and long lasting solution for your office needs. We understand the importance of a well-designed and functional workspace, and we are dedicated to ensuring that our products are reliable, durable and built to last.


The Warranty Protection

The warranty of our products covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) to five (5) years from the date of purchase, except in certain instances, as indicated in our full policy. Within this time frame, we will repair or replace any parts that are found to be defective or damaged.


The warranty applies to all of our products, including desks, chairs, filing cabinets and storage units. It however does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Additionally any modifications or alterations made to Prowork products will void the warranty immediately..


Non-warrantable

  • Damage caused by any non-standard office activities;
  • Discoloration of materials caused by stains, soiling, inks, or dyes;  
  • Surface color changes or discolorations caused by light/sunlight exposure, heat exposure or aging;
  • Failure resulting from normal wear and tear;  
  • Textile pilling;  
  • Natural wood grain variations;
  • Damage caused by writing instruments or sharp objects;
  • Damage caused by loading furniture above its weight capacity;  
  • Damage caused by improper installation, except where installation was completed by Prowork or a Prowork authorized installation partner;
  • Failure to install, reconfigure or maintain products according to Prowork or manufacturer instructions and guidelines.
  • Items that have been exposed to non-office environments (e.g. warehouse or outdoor exposure).

Additionally, replaced parts have a warranty of only one (1) year from the date of installation.

To make a claim of a product under warranty, please contact our customer service team who will work with you to assess the problem and provide a suitable solution. We may require proof of purchase, or photographs of the damage.
