Returning a product

If you'd like to proceed with a return for new, unused Prowork products in their original packaging, they can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided our team is notified of your decision within 24 hours of receipt of your order. All you have to do is pay the return shipping fee which may vary depending on the quantity of items to be returned.

Conditions and exclusions to our return policy

- Your Prowork product needs to be returned undamaged and unused, in its original packaging.

- All in stock items can be returned instantly provided we are officially notified within 24 hours of placing your order and the item is returned within 14 days from delivery.

- The product you would like to return must be in new and unused condition with all its original packaging intact.

- No marks, alterations, damages on the items or signs of wear and use will be accepted.

- A restocking fee of 20% may apply to certain products.

- If an order received is damaged or defective, we will attempt to either repair it or provide a replacement at the earliest.

- However, prowork will not accept any claims made for the replacement of damaged or lost items unless it is notified to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

- Please note that we are unable to accept returns outside of our 24 hour return receipt window.

- We do not offer any exchanges as we love to get your desired order processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

- Assembled or made-to-order items cannot be returned/exchanged.

- Custom Products, Shipping Fees, and Installation fees are non-refundable.

- Once an order has been placed, it will not in most cases be possible to change or cancel the order for any given reason once it has entered into the production process.

- If the client fails to accept delivery of any product on its scheduled delivery date, storage charges per day may apply.

-If any Prowork product is shipped outside the UAE, all return and warranty policies are voided.
