Thank you for purchasing our chair. We are committed to providing quality products and stand behind the craftsmanship of our chairs. This document outlines the warranty coverage and conditions.
This chair is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Structural defects in the frame, legs, and support mechanisms.
Faults in manufacturing that impair the functionality of the chair.
This warranty does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., fabric fading, scratches, scuffs).
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.
Deformation or damage due to excessive or improper use, including usage beyond the product's intended capacity or recommended weight limit.
Modifications or repairs made by unauthorized persons.
Accidental damage or damage caused by external factors such as fire, water, or pests.
To make a warranty claim:
Contact our customer service with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice).
Provide a description and photos of the defect.
Our team will assess the claim and may require the chair to be returned for inspection.
If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
Repair the defective product, or
Replace the defective part or product with the same or equivalent item.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Any incidental or consequential damages are not covered under this warranty.
The warranty is valid only in the country where the chair was originally purchased.
To make a claim of a product under warranty, please contact our customer service team who will work with you to assess the problem and provide a suitable solution. We may require proof of purchase, or photographs of the damage.
