Prowork products are covered by a three (3) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. The warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal use and service conditions, subject to the terms outlined below.

Scope of Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity or intended performance of the chair. This includes defects in the frame, base, legs, and support mechanisms, as well as faults resulting from manufacturing processes that impair the proper functioning of the product.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear resulting from regular use, including but not limited to fabric fading, surface scratches, scuffs, or other cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling is not covered. The warranty also excludes damage or deformation resulting from excessive or improper use, including use beyond the product’s intended purpose or recommended weight capacity.

5 Year Limited Warranty

Height Adjustable Desk

This height-adjustable standing desk is covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use, including:

Frame and steel structure Motor(s) and lifting columns Control box, handset, and electrical components Mechanical moving parts related to height adjustment During the warranty period, the manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts at no cost.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from: Overuse, misuse, abuse, or negligence Tabletop overuse, including but not limited to: Excessive weight beyond the recommended load capacity Standing, sitting, or climbing on the tabletop Uneven or concentrated loads causing warping, cracking, or surface damage Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading, cosmetic damage) Improper assembly, installation, or modification Use in environments with extreme heat, moisture, or corrosive conditions Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or natural disasters Unauthorized repairs or alterations

Warranty Coverage This product is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial lounge use.

What Is Not Covered

General Conditions

During the warranty period, Prowork will assess any reported issues and determine whether the defect falls within the scope of warranty coverage.

Any modifications, alterations, or repairs carried out by unauthorized persons will void the warranty. Additionally, the warranty does not cover accidental damage or damage caused by external or environmental factors such as fire, water exposure, moisture, pests, or similar conditions beyond Prowork’s control.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact Prowork’s customer service team and provide valid proof of purchase. A clear description of the issue, along with supporting photographs, may be required to assist in the evaluation process. In some cases, Prowork may request the product or affected components to be returned for inspection.

If a claim is approved, Prowork will, at its discretion, repair the defective product, replace the defective component, or provide a replacement product of the same or equivalent specification. The chosen remedy will be determined based on the nature of the defect and product availability.

This warranty is valid exclusively for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It applies only within the country where the product was originally purchased. Any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use or indirect costs, are expressly excluded from coverage.
